New Year, New Projects
1.61 London begins 2016 on a number of new sites and projects throughout central London. Currently we are working on numerous sites across Marylebone, St Johns Wood, Belgravia and Surrey. We are very excited about Q1 of this year and have picked out a few stand out new projects.
In St Johns Wood we are designing a stunning duplex penthouse. The renovation taking place sits at the back of the property with highly detailed design being incorporated for the bedroom areas.
Two luxurious flats are being developed by Baker Street tube station. One has a very distinct high end feel and will become the holiday home of longstanding 1.61 London clients. The other is a family home which has not received a renovation for over 50 years. The property will go through a complete transformation over the coming months.
