Prime Resi – Penthouse at forthcoming boutique Mayfair scheme achieves £5,000 psf

Half of the units at Three Kings Mayfair have been snapped up off-plan. An under-construction boutique apartment scheme in Mayfair has been hitting the mark with HNW buyers.

PrimeResi hears over half of the eight apartments at Three Kings Mayfair have now sold off plan, including one of the penthouses: the smaller of the two marquee units achieved a rate of
£5,000 per square foot.

The high-spec new homes are being built in a gated enclave between Claridge’s Hotel and Grosvenor Square, Three Kings Yard, which is also home to the Italian Embassy and Argentinian Consulate. Marketing materials promise incoming buyers “ultimate privacy and security”.

Both of the penthouses will come with chunky private roof terraces providing views over the local gardens and rooftops.

The residents’ offering includes concierge services and a 12-month membership to “one of Mayfair’s premier five-star hotel wellness centres”, with the option to add secure parking.

Practical completion is slated for early next year. CBRE and Beauchamp Estates are handling sales, and both are saying the development is one of the best-selling schemes in the local area. Pricing is from £2.725mn.
