Our range of in house skills gives us a unique approach to development and we ensure that each residence is ideally suited to both the developments location as well as the needs of  future residents.

Finding & Unlocking a New Site

Our sourcing team focus their time searching out the most unique sites around prime central London and Surrey. Their focus is on finding developments that sit in unparalled prime locations. We then use our in house design team to unlock the most value of a scheme by looking at sites in a totally unique way. This allows us to create extra value where others cannot see it. Our team then go about securing both the site and also working through the necessary permissions and planning required to deliver the vision for the project.

Architecture & Interior Design

Our international award winning team take over the lead on both the prospective architecture for the scheme as well as the interiors ensuring that their a seamless and integrated scheme throughout the development. There is a meticulous eye on the details that ensure that every boundary has been pushed to deliver an end user the best possible environment to live in.

Branding & Sales

Our branding team take onboard the overall vision for the project and create a clear identity for the project. We then utilise our following and client list to help deliver sales for the development alongside our chosen 3rd party agents

Construction & Project Management

Our construction team ensure that the right contractors are employed for the relevant project and we use our buying power to ensure that the items we implement are not only the very best available but also purchased at the right price.

Completion

At completion we create a full handover of the site - ensuring the managing agent employed understands the type of development we have delivered
