1. Vision & Strategy
The first stage of our process sets the foundation. We work with you to define your vision, lifestyle needs and investment goals. In this initial phase we explore:
- Your aspirations for the property (architecture, lifestyle, return on investment)
- Site context, existing architecture or new-build parameters
- Budget parameters, timescales and key project milestones
This ensures we align the design strategy with your objectives from the outset.
2. Design Development
Once the vision is defined, the design development phase brings the concept to life. At this stage we:
- Carry out detailed site survey, drawings and CAD/3D modelling
- Develop concept boards, material palettes and spatial planning
- Integrate architecture + interiors (especially in new-build or high-end refurb projects)
- Source finishes, fabrics, furniture and bespoke joinery with our FF&E team
This phase ensures that every design decision is purposeful and aligned to the client’s aims.
3. Procurement & Implementation
With design signed-off, we move into detailed execution. Our in-house project management and construction teams take responsibility for:
- Contractor coordination, budget & schedule management
- Procurement of materials, furniture, lighting and finishes – globally sourced and high specification
- On-site supervision, quality control and final installation
This phase is where the vision becomes reality, and we maintain the standards of luxury and craftsmanship that define our studio.
4. Handover & Beyond
Once installation is complete, we hand over a fully furnished interior, ready to live in or market. We then review all systems and finishes to ensure they meet our standards, with optional ongoing maintenance and lifestyle support.
