We sourced this georgian c.2,000 sq ft listed property for our clients in Belgravia. After completing a full re-design and securing planning permission as well as listed consent we proceeded with the complete renovation and extension of the property which had not been altered for over 50 years. We also secured planning permission to extend the garage at the back of the house and transform the garden space too. Once the work was completed the 2,000 sq ft house was extended to c.3,500 sq ft in total with part of the basement being dug down to increase the ceiling height.
