BESPOKE CREATIVITY

Set in the exclusive area of St Georges Hill and entered via a secure guarded gate, this 15,000 sq ft house is being fully redeveloped by the team into a modern family home with luxurious detailing throughout. The house also includes a swimming pool that fully lifts to give the owner a completely unique enterntaining space overlooking a custom made jacuzzi and his amazing car collection.

SOPHISTICATION AT ITS FINEST

The basement area of the house incorporates a spa area supplemented by both a sauna and steam room alongside a gym and yoga studio. A swimming pool flanks both the gym and outside areas where sliding doors and a lifting pool mechanism allow the space to open up for parties which are serviced by the two bespoke outdoor kitchens. With glazing sitting between this area and the large garage where our clients unique car collection can be seen. Finally a circular seating area sitting below a stunning 20 foot chandelier allows for additional entertainment next to the highly luxurious cinema room.

THE ULTIMATE ENTERTAINING SPACE

STEP INSIDE

Creating a family friendly and highly luxurious home were the key design points for the interiors. The client wanted us to refine the layout which needed considerable work to create open spaces that were light and expansive. It was imperative that the entertainment spaces had wow factor and allowed the client to be able to enjoy the house.

Entrance & Stairwell

Marble floors with symmetrical crittal doors welcome you into this space as well as a long hanging bespoke crystal chandelier

Kitchen Area

The large kitchen is the heart of this home and includes a breakfast bar area alongside side a curved informal seating space

Formal Living Area

The formal entertainment area has beautiful elevations that sit either side of the large centred gas fire. There is a bespoke bar that sits to the side of the space for easy refreshment.

Master Bedroom

We shifted the main bedroom suite to the back of the house adding a vaulted chandelier that you can see from any part of the master bedroom suite which adds real wow factor to all the spaces.

Master Bathroom

The bathroom area incorporates a custom made marble bath alongside a 4 piece suite and double vanity.

The Cinema

Wood ceiling wraps with wood panelling and low comfy seating exude a sense of luxury and calm in this cinema space.
