At 1.61 London, we were commissioned to create a truly exceptional 15,000 sq ft new-build family residence. Our approach to high-end residential interior design carefully balances elegance and functionality, delivering a home that is both sophisticated and practical for modern family life.

The design seamlessly fuses luxury interior design with subtle industrial elements, creating a striking yet comfortable environment. Every space has been meticulously curated to ensure it meets the everyday life for a family with younger children without compromising on style, showcasing our expertise in interior design for luxury homes.

This basement showcases luxury interior design at its finest, seamlessly integrating the vaulted, glazed garage with a mezzanine to display the client’s car collection. From the games area to the bespoke cigar room, every element reflects thoughtful high-end residential interior design. Designed to impress day and night, it embodies elegant, functional living at the pinnacle of modern luxury.

We were commissioned to create a clean, modern, and industrial home that balances character with a true wow factor. The clients wanted to obtain a sense of harmony, favoring symmetrical design, while ensuring that the rest of the house maintained the warmth and functionality of a luxury family home.

Our team worked to blend striking industrial elements with refined finishes to achieve a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Every detail was meticulously considered, showcasing our expertise in high-end residential interior design for luxury living.

Entrance

A central open fireplace draws the eye towards the attractive gardens and the attention-grabbing tree planted adjacent to the outdoor patio, creating a welcoming, nature-inspired focal point for the ground floor.

Kitchen

A totally unique kitchen created in partnership with Officine Gullo using bespoke cabinetry and onyx features. A perfect example of luxury interior design at its best.

Dining Room

Sat between the open fire and the garden, the dining space bridges the garden and kitchen areas as well as creating a beautiful setting for dinner parties.

Master Bedroom

A full height headboard and vaulted ceiling atriums combine with tall windows that provide an incredible view over the garden space below.

Master Bathroom

A central bath creates the wow factor in this luxury en-suite bathroom which incorporates a wide vanity space and huge walk-in shower.

Male Walk In Wardrobe

This walk-in wardrobe designed for the man of the house, has a bespoke central island for display and additional storage as well as a large seating area with glazed wardrobes.
