1.61 London were tasked with designing this 15,000 sq ft new build family home for our clients. The design needed to fuse both luxury and industrial whilst ensuring the space was practical and livable for younger children.

Imagined for the Bold

A basement that embraces the inescapable allure of its
commanding presence. A space that seamlessly blends the vaulted glazed garage area with a mezzanine that translates the stunning client car collection through the games area and cigar room.

Asserting its authority day and night

STEP INSIDE

We were tasked with creating a clean, modern and industrial home with both character and wow factor. The clients had a preference for symmetrical design and wanted the rest of the house to be more of a family home compared to the basement.

Entrance

A central open fire that leads your eye through to the beautiful tree sitting centrally to the space sets the tone for the ground floor area.

Kitchen

A totally unique kitchen created alongside Officine Gullo with bespoke cabinetry and onyx features.

Dining Room

Sat between the open fire and the garden, the dining room space bridges the garden and kitchen areas as well as creating a beautiful setting for dinner parties.

Master Bedroom

A full height headboard and vaulted ceiling atriums sit in front of a full height window that provides an incredible view over the garden space.

Master Bathroom

A central bath creates the wow factor in the en-suite bathroom which incorporates a wide vanity space and huge walk in shower.

Male Walk In Wardrobe

The male walk in wardrobe has a central island space as well as a large seating area with glazed wardrobes.
