We sourced this beautiful 5,000 sq ft lateral property on one of London’s premiere garden squares. Our clients had been looking for over two years for a property and after working with us purchased the first property we showed them. 1.61 London secured listed consent to transform the space and are now in the process of undertaking the agreed design to create a stunning modern family home.
